What can I say, 5 star service from KIC machines. I had a little problem with my machine ( my own fault) and Carl kindly said for me to send it back to him and he fixed it and within days I was back to using it. He even added a little gadget to prevent me from ever having the same issue again. Really happy with my machine and really happy with the service i received. I recommend 100%
