The Star SW 92-40 is a highly efficient manual sweeper designed for fast, dust-controlled cleaning across a wide range of environments. Built for reliability and ease of use, it provides a practical solution for maintaining clean, safe surfaces without the need for power.
At the front, dual side brushes rotate to pull debris in from edges, kerbs, and corners—areas typically missed by standard sweepers. This ensures a more thorough clean in a single pass, especially along walls and tight spaces. The debris is then directed towards the central main roller brush, which efficiently collects and deposits waste into the onboard container.

With a 920mm total working width and coverage of up to 3,680 m²/h, the SW 92-40 delivers excellent productivity for its class. It is capable of handling a wide variety of debris, including dust, sand, leaves, paper, cigarette ends, and even heavier particles such as granules and light industrial waste.
A key feature of this model is its integrated dust filtration system, which helps minimise airborne particles during operation—making it particularly suitable for indoor or dust-sensitive environments such as warehouses and workshops.
The 40-litre waste container offers ample capacity for extended cleaning sessions, while the lightweight, hand-push design (24kg) ensures smooth operation with minimal effort. An ergonomically adjustable handle allows operators to work comfortably over longer periods, improving usability across different users.
