Always a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much when it comes to helping me and my clients source a great range of products when it comes to cleaning machines. That said, I would refer KIC with confidence, knowing full well they’ll be looked after ;-)

What can I say, 5 star service from KIC machines.
I had a little problem with my machine ( my own fault) and Carl kindly said for me to send it back to him and he fixed it and within days I was back to using it. He even added a little gadget to prevent me from ever having the same issue again.
Really happy with my machine and really happy with the service i received. I recommend 100%
